Today was okay, I guess. Other than the fact that there's a huge splat of orange paint on the front of my school blouse- thanks to Art...
During recess, Xin Ying, Rina and I sat with Xiao Ting and Samantha 'cos the three of us couldn't find a seat. While eating, David (me, Ting and Sam's totally adorable Sec 1 junior) came up to us and said hello. He is sooo freakin' adorable!!!
After eating, Ting, Sam and I went to the Choir Room to meet Mr Yong Chee Foon (our conducter) and our section mates for sectionals. I'd gone only 'cos my totally awesome 'sista', Wendy (who's in Sec 4 this year) told me to.
When we reached the CR, we kicked off our shoes and stepped inside the freezing room. Mr Yong was already there, at his usual position behind the piano, conducting the Altos and the Sops who'd arrived earlier. The three of us greeted Mr Yong and quickly stepped into place. We spent almost half an hour on warm-ups. Ugh.
I was about to yell at our conductor when thankfully, the bell rang. We zipped outta the room and made our way down to the hall for assembly.
After school, Gladys asked if I could stay back in school a lil' while to accompany her 'cos Bebe and the rest all had to go for their various CCAs and Gladys didn't feel like going home so early. So I said ok.
Then, Xin Ying asked if anyone wanted to join her for lunch at the nearby kopitiam. Hector, Dex, Benedict, Jun Hui and I said yes. Gladys went with LeeLe, Bebe and Mick to the other kopitiam. It was raining so Xin Ying, Hec, Dex, Ben, Jun Hui and I brisk-walked till we reached the coffee shop. Hec and Jun Hui wouldn't stop tugging at my ponytail.
Soon, our food came and we dug in. Before leaving for the bus stop with Ben, Hec yanked gently on my ponytail... again. Dammit.
I met up with Gladys and shortly after, we left the school. We chatted about boys for awhile before she boarded the bus. Leaving me alone to wait for the next 112 to come.
That's about my day, I guess.
Lol.
